- coa...sper ca nu te deranjeaza o parere critica: <br /> - coaja arata bine pe dinafara, insa painea nu e crescuta (trebuia sa arate mai rotunjita), iar miezul pare lipicios si foarte dens(din poza). ai can repezit-o ;)<br />insa daca tie ti-a placut ce-a iesit, more power to you.<br /><br />orice aluat are nevoie sa dospeasca o vreme, 30-45 de minute sint prea putin, mai ales ca nici nu l-ai framantat, deci probabil ca abia a apucat sa se hidrateze un pic faina, iar fermentatie nu s-a prea produs; <br />cred ca ai pus si prea multa drojdie, insa asta s-a compensat cu timpul scurt de fermentare; nu avea gust de drojdie? sau de bere?<br /><br />facutul painii e slow cooking...Danhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18444846321574054526noreply@blogger.com
